Bicycle Junction Refund Policy
We understand, things happen and you may not be able to make it to your booking appointment. We will do our best to work with you in a situation where you cannot make your appointment date. On most occasions we can help you move your booking to another date to ensure you still get to ride without additional charge. Alternatively, you can cancel your appointment but only if you cancel 72 hours before your appointment date. Please note that it is at Bicycle Junction’s discretion whether or not to reschedule a booking. You can contact us at 276-475-5727 or via the Contact form with any questions you may have.
A $100 deposit is required at the time of booking. Deposits are non-refundable. Cancellations must be made 72 hours before the appointment date. If an appointment is canceled more than 72 hours before the appointment date we can move the appointment to another date within the CURRENT season or cancel the remainder of the charge excluding any deposits. Cancellations may incur a fee to allow us to reopen the slots.

- Use the Subject Line “Cancellation”.
- Once finished writing your request simply click the “Send” button.
Please note: Bicycle Junction reserves the right to refuse service to anyone who shows signs of Covid-19 or is considered to be a risk for spreading the Covid-19 virus.
