Bicycle Junction Refund Policy

We understand, things happen and you may not be able to make it to your booking appointment. We will do our best to work with you in a situation where you cannot make your appointment date. On most occasions we can help you move your booking to another date to ensure you still get to ride without additional charge. Alternatively, you can cancel your appointment but only if you cancel before 14 days until your appointment.  Please note that it is at Bicycle Junction’s discretion whether or not to reschedule a booking or refund a purchase.  You can contact us at 276-475-5727 or via the Contact form with any questions you may have.

Cancellations will incur a fee to allow us to reopen the slots. If you cancel more than 2 weeks in advance we can try to refund most of your purchase. Within 2 weeks of your appointment date we can only offer a 50% refund. We cannot give refunds on appointments cancelled within 14 days of the appointment date.

If you need to cancel or change an appointment simply follow the steps below:

  1. Go to: Contact
  2. Use the form on the right side of the page
  3. Use the Subject Line “Cancellation” or “Refund” based on your needs.
  4. Once finished writing your request simply click the “Send” button.

 

Please note: Bicycle Junction reserves the right to refuse service to anyone who shows signs of Covid-19 or is considered to be a risk for spreading the Covid-19 virus.
