Bicycle Junction Refund Policy
We understand, things happen and you may not be able to make it to your booking appointment. We will do our best to work with you in a situation where you cannot make your appointment date. On most occasions, we can help you move your booking to another date to ensure you still get to ride without additional charge. Alternatively, you can cancel your appointment but only if you cancel 72 hours before your appointment date.
A $100 deposit is required at the time of booking. Deposits are non-refundable. Cancellations must be made 72 hours before the appointment date. If an appointment is canceled more than 72 hours before the appointment date we can move the appointment to another date within the CURRENT season or cancel the remainder of the charge excluding any deposits. Cancellations may incur a fee to allow us to reopen the slots.
