Ride Insurance – Protect Your Booking
Add peace of mind to your trail ride experience with our optional Ride Insurance. Here’s what it covers:
- Full Refund: if you cancel your booking up to 3 days before your scheduled ride date get a 100% refund less your trip insurance fee.
- Flexible Rescheduling: If you need to reschedule for any reason you can do so at any time before your scheduled ride date for no additional charge for the first rescheduling. We can accommodate further rescheduling but they will incur a $15 charge per rescheduling after the first.
Cost
Ride Insurance costs just 10% of your total booking amount.
Important notes if you choose not to take Ride Insurance
Cancellations are only applicable to receive 75% when cancellations are made more than 3 days before your scheduled ride. There are NO refunds on cancellations made within 3 days of your scheduled ride without trip insurance. Rescheduling is available without ride insurance but will incur a $15 charge to do so for each rescheduling.
